Hey guys i'm new on here, i'm thinking about losing some weight and some meditation and i need you help. Ive been trying this keto diet and i feel like i have seen some results. let me know what you think <SPAMMY LINK REMOVED>

I've tried the keto diet before. Loved it. Ketosis made me very nauseous in the morning. Be careful of that. Preparing foods from the diet was a blast. I had real fun cooking based around it. Dark chocolate was on the diet, in moderation of course. That was awesome too.
 
Registered dietitians warn that nutrient deficiencies may be possible if you're on it for too long. Stick to the keto diet for three to six months max, noting that some people opt to cycle in and out of the diet throughout the year.

All diets can have nutritional deficiencies, so this is an irrelevant point, I have been keto for many years without any major nutritional deficiencies.
