Sport New diet idea.. opinions plz

How does this sound as a diet to help lose weight:

Breakfast : A 'Boost' nutrition drink (4g sugar, 16g protein, 190cal)

Lunch: Smoothie, homemade (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, with occasionally fat free yogurt)

Dinner: Chicken breast (32g protien, 190cal); with a form of fruit

Also, i am working out daily, switching between running and weights.

Stupid.

Read the stickies, I'm tired of explaining the same thing over and over.
 
Point taken,

Eat every 2-3 hours
Make sure every meal contains protein
Eat a decent breakfast (oatmeal works)
Eat some damn veggies
Eat some healthy fats (walnuts, salmon etc.)
Eat a LOT MORE! Geez you're not an 8 year old, you're damaging your body like this.

Don't workout every day, that's actually holding you back!

Better? :D
 
Eating healthy foods = good,
eating too few calories = bad,
not eating a balance of foods = bad

Reading the stickies about what to eat (and LV's grocery list) = priceless:p
 
A site i recomend is this :

scan around on that site, and count your calories! that is one of the biggest factors of basic dieting.(at least for me)
 
They covered the basics, just read around and you will get lots of great ideas and information. Don't design an eating plan that you dread, believe it or not, eating healthy can be fun and quite tasty. Don't be afraid of those veggies, they are delicious and do so many wonderful things for your body...read up!
