The first thing I have noticed over the past few weeks is that I have been craving water instead of soda. Now I always keep a bottle of water with me at all times, because I find I am thirsty for water. Before this lifestyle change, I used to drink soda all the time and didn’t even think twice about drinking water. The only way I would know I needed water was when I got headaches from dehydration.
The second thing I noticed is that I am craving fruits and veggies instead of candy. I actually wanted to treat myself and ate a Resses’ peanut butter cup, but halfway through, I felt sick. So, instead, I gave the other half to my fiancée and decided the next time I wanted something sweet, I would grab an orange or apple instead.
So my question to you guys is… have you noticed that you’re not craving the junk food that you had once craved before (and replacing it with better choices instead)?
