Hi Davvy and welcome! Do you have a specific goal and a plan for how to reach it?
 
well I have been working on my diet for the past 2 years and also going to the gym 3 days a week for 12 hours
12 hours? I hope that's a typo! What does your current diet look like? Do you count calories, fast, restrict carbs, just eat a lot of veg, or something completely different?
