Hi, Gabriel & welcome to the forum. What are your plans to lose weight & how much do you think you need to lose to be healthy? I'm sure you know a lot more English than I know German, so don't worry too much about that :)
 
Hi Cate. Im currently around 156 lbs and I'd like to get to around 140lbs. Since I've been going to the gym for a few years, I have the knowledge and the know-how but I still struggle a lot. It seems that I didnt find the working diet and workout that works for me yet. Corona restrictions and gyms being closed (at least here in Berlin) are not helping at all :D
 
What you eat is more important for weight loss than exercise anyway. Exercise is good for lots of reasons, including feeling good about yourself. What does a usual day's eating look like? Do you drink a lot of soda or eat junk food? If you would like to get more support consider starting a diary. That's where most people hang out. We are from all over the world, all different ages & at different times but there's usually someone about. I'm in Australia & it's 9.30 am on Saturday. You'll find the diaries at Weight Loss Diary
