Hi Cate. Im currently around 156 lbs and I'd like to get to around 140lbs. Since I've been going to the gym for a few years, I have the knowledge and the know-how but I still struggle a lot. It seems that I didnt find the working diet and workout that works for me yet. Corona restrictions and gyms being closed (at least here in Berlin) are not helping at all
What you eat is more important for weight loss than exercise anyway. Exercise is good for lots of reasons, including feeling good about yourself. What does a usual day's eating look like? Do you drink a lot of soda or eat junk food? If you would like to get more support consider starting a diary. That's where most people hang out.
