Hey everyone! I am not exactly new to WLF, I joined back in 2006, and actively posted until about 2009 (ish). I started using WLF when I weighed 199, and over the years I was here I yo-yo'ed constantly until I was about 220lbs. A lot was happening in my life, and I just stopped using WLF bc I stopped caring about my weight entirely. But I got married and had a baby, I've lost a lot of the weight I gained, and I wanted a little support to help me reach my goal... so I started here again.
I hit 200lbs before I got pregnant, I hit 300lbs the day of my due-date, and settled back at 230lbs 6 weeks or so after my delivery. Last October i buckled down to lose weight again, and did a great job at it. I found a system that worked for me, and I went from 230lbs down to 180lbs at my lowest in February. I've been going between 181lbs- 185lbs since then, which isn't all that bad for me.
But now I am aiming to get down to 140lbs, and I have almost all the tools I need.... except for some cheering and support. So here I am, ready to get back on the bandwagon, and finish what I started!!
I'm looking forward to meeting everyone and getting to know their stories
