New beginning again...

Hi there.

Well, let me start by introducing myself, firstly I'm 31, female and married. I'm 5ft3 and weigh 147lb. Not that over weight at the moment but still neither healthy or where I want to be.

So I started my journey over a year ago (for the third time in my life) so far I've lost over 44lb but I've gotten to a stage where I haven't been able to go to the gym for over a month thanks to sickness and work obligations (yes those are the excuses) and now I'm feeling really down about my weight.

Does anyone else get like that?

I also find that when I'm feeling down about my weight my automatic comfort is food including sweets and chocolates. Then the cycles does a 360 and I'm back where I started.

So tonight I made the decision to get back on the wagon and start training again, eating according to the plan my nutritionist gave me and keeping a food diary.


Does anyone else do this? And do you have anything else that's an effective motivation for you when you're feeling down about your size?
