Diet: uncontrollable diet < i can explain really lool
Why am i here for ? Well i want to lose weight and i want to do it real fast i got until 22nd of december to do so.. I have lost 51 kilos the past 3 years just by deciding to be lazy and ruine my diet by not eating for the whole day or just drinking stuff not eating < too lazy to remember what he actually done ..
My target is at least to reach 80 kilos so I'm here for help and see if i can actually push myself
