New and would LOVE suppoprt!

Hi, I am new and would love to connect with and join this support comunity. I recently gained 15 lbs from where I am comfortable b/c of major depression, anxiety, and frustration...emotional eater here! Eating has been a pseudo backdoor for me to avoid things and "comfort'myself...however, it has impacted my performance and enjoyment in all areas of my life and made me more depressed, etc than when I started!

My goal is 103-104 lbs. I lost weight and felt so good about a year ago in a similar situation, but know to keep it off for life, I need support and a realisitic plan. I have the plan, and am looking forward to the support! :) Any feedback/ replies are more than welcome. Love Catherine

Welcome to the forum. You'll find that support is always available here. Why don't you start a diary thread to keep track of your food intake, progress, etc. Good Luck.
