New and need some help.

Hello, so I'll just get right into it. I'm 16 and overweight I'm 5,3 and 160 something pounds. I'd like to lose at least 20. However right now I'm gaining weight like nothing and it sucks. I'm young and I want to have fun rather than stress about my weight. I'm just always hungry it's weird. Also there is no Healthy food in my house and I see all this food when I get home from school or work and just devour it. I don't want my whole family to change there lifestyle just because I want to change.

I'm not into physical fitness that much. The only thing I really do is skateboard. I tried going to the gym with my friend but the problem is everyone thinks there the hulk there and is a major douce bag. I have chronic asthma but I can still do things with out much trouble it should not affect my weight. Soda is also my weakness i can't go a day with out one.

Another problem is I'm always tired after school I tend to take a nap lately idk if it's from my weight or what. I can't seem to find the motivation to stop eating shit food and do something.
 
Hey :) Have you tried talking to your family about it? They don't necessarily have to change the way they eat for you but maybe they can buy healthy alternatives for you. Once they see any positive changes you may experience they might want to hop on board too. In high school and college I had a huge problem with always being tired too. it wasn't until I changed my diet that I started to feel like a normal human being again.
