Hey everyone! I am Anna, I am 35 years old, 185 pounds, married 16 years, I have four kids (14, 12, 4, 2) and my goal is to get down to 130 pounds. Some girls I work with want to join a kickboxing class, plus I have started tai chi, yoga and Gilad's Bodies in Motion. I also want to start a walking regimen every day. Food is my enemy. I eat when I am nervous, stressed, to celebrate, you name it.
