Hey everyone! I am Anna, I am 35 years old, 185 pounds, married 16 years, I have four kids (14, 12, 4, 2) and my goal is to get down to 130 pounds. Some girls I work with want to join a kickboxing class, plus I have started tai chi, yoga and Gilad's Bodies in Motion. I also want to start a walking regimen every day. Food is my enemy. I eat when I am nervous, stressed, to celebrate, you name it.

Hey anna i am new here also...I definitely recommend the kickboxing as an exercise activity, I have been including it in my workout routine for two months now and when done consistently I get great results....best tip I can give u is make small changes, somthing easy to stick to first then once that becomes routine start adding other things..It is way too stressful to do everything at once and you usually set yourself up for failure ( not saying this will happen to u Just speaking from experience) for instance start by taking small indulgences out of your diet and adding moderate exercise... I know you can meet your goal!!!
 
Welcome! I eat for all those same reasons too! You are not alone. I'm here for support if you need it! Looks like you are off to a great start. Keep it going and you'll lose that weight quick.
