New and fatigue :(

Hey Everyone, I've been a lurker for a while and this is my first post!
I've just recently got back into the flow of a healthy lifestyle that consists of healthy eating, exercise and mind set.I've been changing my eating habits and doing more exercises for about 4 weeks now and I've lost about 8 lbs. I'm 5'0 and 122 lbs. I want to lose about 8 more which I know i can! I've been exercising(cardio) 5-6 times a week on the average of 45-60 minutes a day. I'm adding weights into my routine 2-3 times a week.

The problem that i've had in the last 2 days is that i'm in bed by 7:30 (wanting to be at 6:00). I have no problem getting up at 4:45 and hitting the gym. I'm just wondering if I might have a case of the flu or if I'm hitting a burn out stage? Or if its a case of bad chinese food. Or my body reacting to Icky food that I haven't had in almost a month?

I dont feel like im burnt out really. I eat about 6-7 meals a day and I eat when im hungry just not till im FULL. I haven't counted my calories but I think i Might start.

Has anyone else ever felt like this?

might be your bodys telling you its time for a break. maybe just take it down a couple notches. with the weekend coming up, perfect time. :)
 
Stress can have a lot to do with it too. Im under a lot right now (family problems, marital problems) all I seem to want to do is practice my MA. I went to the gym last night, put my warm up weight on the squat rack, did one warm up set and just walked away. I didn't WANT to be there, and I didn't want to hurt myself since I lift heavy. I went upstairs to the track, started my running routine, after 2 laps, I just left. Got home, ate a snack, went off by myself in my house, locked the door, stretched out and practiced.
 
I love going to the gym. I believe that I might be lacking some vitamins in my body so i picked up a multivitamin. I also took the day off of exercising and I will go tomorrow but take Saturday and Sunday off and just start going 5 days a week.I dont feel guilty one bit about taking the day off! I'm not in no hurry to lose weight I'm not going to die if I dont lose it hehe. Because i know i will lose it!

I feel alot better this morning. But i felt like crap all last night. I think it might be my Birth Control that is doing it to me. I just realized that everytime i start a new pill pack (day 1 & 2) I feel this way!.. I will be going to the Doc soon so i will definetly talk to her about this.

my wife goes through that with her birth controls also. could be another reason.

taking time off is sometimes hard to do. especially when you're on a roll in the gym or in a groove so to say. i kind of lost a little in my step at the beginning of last month, with skipping workouts and not to much into it. just made some changes and found the fire again. :)
