I'm new here and just hoping to get some help. Firstly, my goal, I'm not in terrible shape, but am hoping to get a good body and be well-defined.
I do o.k. with keeping fit, I make it to the gym every Monday, Wednesday and Friday and do -
Lat Pull-down 4 x 10 @ 120kg
Seated Row 4 x 10 @ 100kg
Bench Press 4 x 10 @ 80kg
Dumbell Fly 4 x 10 @ 17.5kg dumbells
Shoulder Press 4 x 10 @ 15kg dumbells
Shoulder Raises 3 x 8 @ 6kg dumbells
Bicep Curls 4 x 10 @ 15kg dumbells
Tricep Pushdowns 4 x 10 @ 70kg
Leg Press 4 x 10 @ 135kg
Stiff leg deadlifts
Cycle hard to finish for 10mins.
I also swim 1.5km on days I'm not at the gym. So firstly is that ok for my exercise?
My main query is getting some help with dieting. As I said, I tend to do ok with my fitness, but really let myself down with my diet. As I said, I do not want to get massive, but still have a fairly solid build with good definition.
But I'm really not sure what my diet should consist of???
