Im new to this website, but I am determined to lose 65 pounds by January 1st!
I'm 5"11 and 18 years old, currently at 315 lbs... 40% body fat.
I'm athletically/ muscularly built however..

My problem mainly is diet.. I work out almost every day, but I over eat too much.

So I guess what I am asking is; I need assistance on what/how much I should be eating.
 
HI Mike!! Welcome to the forum! I'd concentrate on eating foods high in protein to help keep you full. I'm not an expert, esp not on men's health. But I'll look into your question and get back to you.
 
hey koorie thanks for this advice but what protein you talking about because i hear many times about getting foods in high protein can you give us some exemple please thank you
 
portion control is always the hardest (and most important) aspect of weight management. Easiest way is to do 1/3 - 1/2 protein and the rest vegetables. Higher protein will help you stay full longer and removing high carb items from your plate will remove a lot of wasted calories. A lot of high carb foods have very little nutritional value, so there isn't a much point, other than taste preference or ease of prep.
