ok, this is really starting to make me mad... i can never get full unless i gorge (spelling) myself!!!! well, i think there might be a story behind it, because, lately, on saturdays we have been ordering out or eating out, ussually pizza or chinese. and this is the only day out of the whole week where i will eat unhealthy, but when we get it, i stuff and stuff (i can go through about 4 huge slices of pizza, or 2 plates or chinese), we been doing this for about 2 weeks now.
could this be the cause of my hunger during the week?
that i get used to eating so much, and then i eat normal the rest of the week
or am i not eating enough of the right things? and just starving myself? is that why im hungry all the time?
again, i dunno if you need my personal info here, but im 16 5'6 125lbs
and i am active or excersizing almost everyday
i ussually light lift w/ free weights and run for an hour on sun, tues, and thurs
and then on mon, wed, and fri, and do a real wieght lift session w/the home gym
and almost everyday its nice, i ride my mountain bike with friends on long rides, or ride my quad aggresively
normally i eat (well, not all the time, but this is my most popular meal)
morning:
always have kashi heart to heart, love the stuff
i have about 1.5 to 2 serving sizes of it with a deans fat free gold milk
and an apple, orange or carrot before i leave for school
i dont really have time for a mid day snack, but i sneak carrots into my locker to munch on throughout the day
lunch, i sometimes have a turkey sandwich on wheat bread w/ pepperjack cheese
soem type of fruit (huge freaking apple) or vegis, sometimes a soup if my school is offering
maybe a handfull of baked chips, im not really crazy about snacks, so most of the time i grab another fruit
dinner (this is my favorites, and most eaten 3 meals)
grilled chicken breast, with peppers and shrooms with swiss cheese on a good sized wheat long sandwich bun sometimes topped with some home made marinara or tomatoe sauce (fresh home grown ingrediants, no sugar or bad crap)
then for a side i will make some sweet potatoes french fries (not fried... yuck! just placed on a pan and thrown in the oven, then topped with some saltand pepper)
OR
chicken breast with noodles, broccolli, and other green vegis, with a homemade cream sauce (i know thats a bad choice, but hey, its not like i pore the sauce on, just enough for a perfect light taste)
OR
a good sized burger made from turkey meat (make mine with turkey meat mixed with salsa) then topped with peppers, onions, and shrooms
on a sesame seed bun, sometimes put a lil bbq sauce on it if i want it
side of my sweet fries, or if if there not available some tater tots
after dinner snack, i always have a big apple. best thing ever, i love them
sometimes carrots, watermelon, cantelope, or grapes if we have them
If i eliminate these gorging sesions of unhealthy food over the weekends, will this disapate? and does anyone know how to cure a sugar craving?
because my grandma brought over sticky cinnamon rolls, and im ready to scarf about 6 down hahaha
