hey every1 my diet has been goin good i'm pretty fit lean muscular i lost 13 pounds in 6 and a half weeks weight in is friday morning. My diet was normal yesterday went well and all than came dinner time. Unfortunaetly i missed my 4 o'clock meal but i got over it. So at dinner I had 2 chicken cutlets a little corn on the side and a small piece of steak around 7. I felt STUFFFFFED even til 930-10 and i was layin down and idk listening to my stomach making some funky sounds lol. It feels like I ate to much but I mean missing my 4 o'clock meal and all that dinner overally isnt to much. Why do I feel like this. I woke up this morning very hungry but I just didnt like the feeling at night. I almost rather be a little hungry than stuffed.
