Negative Calorie?

How about hose negative calorie diets??
Do they really work?

I think it's possible some foods spend more energy digesting than other, but can they really spend more calories than they have? :ack2:
 
not really, you dont really use that many calories digesting and eating food as they have in them, its all theoretical. vegs and fruit are good anyway

Seems it's a bunch of hype. Even if it wasn't though, the amount of calories you'd be able to save would still be minimal compared to your daily intake anyway (unless you switched to celery only diet). ;)
