Needing support

I have been trying to workout and of course eat healthy but, I find it hard without support. Every time I set up a time to workout with a friend or something it falls through and I don't push myself to go to the gym when this happens. I have worked out alone but, I can not seem to stay focused or on track during my workout if I do it alone. Any advice on how to get better at working out alone??
