Needing some advice

Hi everyone, I'm new here. I'm 21 years old and approximately 175lbs about 5'2. I definitely don't look like I weight as much as I do but I feel it as I was always steadily around the 115 mark until I went to college. I struggle with willpower. I'm a very emotional eater and I was wondering if there are any suggestions of something I could use to lose a few pounds quickly so I have some motivation to keep it up. I don't want anything unhealthy. I just want to ask if you guys suggest something like teatox, 21 day fix, weight watchers etc.

Hi Kayla,
I'm personally not a fan of things that are "quick fixes", but I have heard good things about juicing. I would try doing a juice detox for about three days, maybe four juices a day instead of meals and then healthy eating the other four days of the week. I know this is a tried and tested method. I think it's best to lose gradually, as it is more likely to stay off that way.
I have also found that things like weight watchers and slimming world do have very good track rates and help you lose without drastically cutting anything out.
