Hi guys, I am in need of help looking for weekly diet plans .I would like to find something that tells me at what time I should eat, what size portions and what I should be eating etc. And with extra help on what I should cut out from my life completely eg sodas . I want to mix this information and fitness programs to come up with the best results ,to have real proof to show people in my situation it is possible and it can be done
