I just need some advice on losing some weight.
I'm a woman of 18 years, and 3 months from now, I'm going to a concert, where I'll be meeting a friend of mine I've talked to online for the first time. I'd like to get in better shape by then, as far as toning certain parts like arms and legs. Losing a little weight wouldn't be so bad either. Right now, my weight is 210. By then, losing 20 lbs would be wonderful.
I have no exercise equiptment, and I cannot afford to get a gym membership or anything like that. I don't want to take any pills or do anything special like that. I just would like some advice on effective to lose weight and be in better shape. =)
