Hello community, I will go straight to the point.
I'm 23 years old, Male, I'm 280lbs and 180cm height
I've been in sports almost all my life, so even with my weight now I still don't too bad, but I want desperately to loose some weight
I've been in wrestling 9 years, when I drop wrestling, had a break for 5 years, I was a smoker. Quit smoking, my weight was 280lbs, then I started attending gym and in 6 months I have lost 75lbs.
Now that's where the problem starts. I was very confident in myself at that point. I thought I will take 1 month brake from gym, but I never returned, after couple of months I have started to smoke again and I'm smoking up until now :(

I'm very angry at myself and I ready to work out hard, but I'm afraid that I will fail. It's too difficult for me to stop smoking, but I will do my best, I've been smoking for 6 years then I quit for 1 year and after brake I smoke 5 years now.

Guys maybe some one can suggest me any tips to stop smoking
and tips with what exercise should I do?
As far as I know I can't jogging because it will be a load on heart and my lungs not in best condition at the moment,
I know that there are 3 main type of muscle which I are burning insane calories that's shoulders, legs, and chest.
Guys please help with any advice, I need your support :(

Try a book called 'Easy way to stop smoking' by Allen Carr.

I know several people who have quit and never looked back by using his book. I think there's audio CDs as well if you're not into reading.

Also do some research on 'mindfulness and addiction' - it's a relatively new concept in western psychology that has some great results.

Try a book called 'The Happiness Trap' by Russ Harris (won't just make you happy - will also help you view your nicotine addiction from a new, very helpful, perspective).

Best of luck. :)

last option

If you're not strong willed enough to stop smoking on your own, you can opt for tablets. I think it's called Wellburtion in America, Zyban in the U.K, and it has no adverse effect on me, I originally asked the doc for it for depression, (even though it's designed for stopping smoking, it also helps with problems that arouse when taking antidepressants), but it completely stopped me wanting to smoke, and I've been smoking rollies, (which are stronger than cigs), for 25 years! I don't get any cravings at all and it's been 8 months now with no desire AT ALL for a smoke. Do your own research on it, but when I researched it, there was no negative comments on it. Best of luck....NEVER give up the chance to have a better and healthier life, especially when it's in your own hands. Let me know how it goes. All the best.
