I'm new to this forum, and I have a problem in my quest to get abs - my diet is not good.
Apart from fruit/veges, eggs and water, what else should I be looking at eating. Has anyone got a summary of a great diet OR know of other food that I should be looking at eating. I'm stuck, and that is why I came to you guys for help.
