Need Workout Routine

Hello Everyone!
I'm a 6' 2'' male weighing about 183 lbs and I'm looking for a weekly workout routine. I go to college and we're going to be off for a month for the holiday and I need something to do for the break. I haven't fully exercised for almost 3 years but my diet has been pretty healthy. The reason I want to start working out is because I've joined a soccer league and I feel ill prepared for it.

Things I need:
-I have a little belly fat that I am adamant on burning.
-I want to start running 5 miles a day
-Strengthen my leg and arm muscles
-Become more flexible!!!!!!(need some stretching routines)

What I have:
-Treadmill
-Pull-up Bar (that I can jump up on and do upside down sit-ups)
-Bike
-Leg weights
-Probably going to buy ~ 8lb dumbbells (going to wait and see what you guys recommend before buying anything)

This workout needs to be doable at home.. so no gym..

Basically I want a workout that is well-rounded. I'm want to loose some of the fat I have, become more flexible, increase my stamina ...etc.
As far as a good diet... I have had that all my life. I don't drink sodas, eat candies, junk food...

The reason I need a routine is because I am sure that if I don't have a strict day by day schedule I won't follow through with my plan. I have no experience in designing workout routines so that's why I came here. If there is anymore information you need in order to know what kind of workout is ideal for me or w/e just ask.

I forgot to mention this but I play as a defender.
 
Go research different sites for different workouts. I'm sure no one is going to just build you a workout specifically for you. That takes time and some get paid for that. Be resourseful.
