Hi folks first post here. I have searched for a couple of days for either a calculator or just a formula to do the following. I need one that calculates calories burnt based on weight, speed, and incline. My treadmill will do the last 2 but not the first variable. I would appreciate it very much if you could help a newbie out.
I am a 50 year old male that started out at 240lbs. I have already lost 20 lbs since April 21. My current goal is 40lbs total by June7. I walk on treadmills for 2 to 4 hours a day at 2mph. I currently run the incline between 0 and 7%. I would run it higher but am waiting for the new shoes to arrive as I am fighting shin splints if I go higher. Thanks again.
