need training advice!

okay, so ive decided i want to get a better looking body than what i have atm(180 cm high, 100 kilo, haven't done any training for 6 years, you get the picture)

6 years ago i stopped doing elite swimming. back then i actually had the beginning of a six pack. but now, 6 years later and 30 kg heavier, its ofc gone.
so i wanna do some training, that i can do at home. im not a big believer of gyms and such, with the right motivation, training should be free.

so i was thinking something like this: 5x10 push ups, 5x10 lifts with 5 kg dumbbells, 3x30 sec and 3x30 sec where you lie on your back and lift your legs to train the stomach.
plus i will go rollerskating alot for burning some fat.

thats some of the stuff i remember doing back then, and i just wanted to get a second opinion about how it looks? is it good, or will i just be wasting my time?

:animal2 nice decision. hope you will reach your goal. feel good, look good, that would be your key.
good luck.

You are never wasting your time, but I don't think that will effect your goals. That is a reasonable number of pushups for a beginner. 5kg dumbbells are way too light for a guy your size. The planks and leg lifts work similar core muscles and are highly redundant.

Look at the stickies and develop a bodyweight training program if you don't want to/can't use a gym.
