Need to shed a couple of pounds

Hi guys? Lately, I have been eating foods that are not good. I weighed 232lbs now I'm at 239lbs. Now I realize I have to make a change. I have been starting diets, but I never have the mind or will too stay on one. I have been eating snacks.
 
I have had the same struggles. I think I have tried just about everything to lose weight - fad diets, intense workouts, diet pills.. you name it. I do really well with a diet or exercise plan for a few weeks, and then I burn out. Lately, I've found new programs that offer much more accountability. Getting myself a 'coach' to check in on me and share nutrition/exercise advice has helped a lot! I still have another 20 pounds to go, but so far I have lost over 50, and it's given me a whole new outlook on life. You can do it! Sooo many people have lost weight, people are doing it every day. If there was a quick fix to shedding weight fast and keeping it off for good, everyone would be skinny. It's hard work - but like many things that are difficult, the rewards are well worth the fight.
 
Balanced diet will help you generally to loose your weight, doing regular exercise will help you to loose the weight. There are many people who loose there weight by doing strong exercise and heavy lifts.
