Im currently 240lbs.. I want to drop to about 150 and I know it will take time...

Im about 6 foot....

I wanted to know if anyone knows a good supplement to help you lose weight for example giving u more energy or raises metabolism when doing exercise.. I want to be able to do the treadmill longer usually I run out of energy.. I eat right and only drink water..

I just need a faster plan.

I'm assuming you are male?

How did you go about picking 150 lbs as your target weight? Seems awfully light for a 6 foot male.

More importantly..... I'd stop focusing on the quick/easy answer (especially considering one doesn't exist) and start focusing on improving the baseline level of functioning you are currently working with along with your lifestyle habits.

You run out of energy right now too quick you say. Well that's to be expected.... you are more than likely deconditioned and overweight.

This, just as with all endeavors of this complexity and this worthiness, takes time, consistency, and commitment.

Focus on improving as you progress along this journey and put less emphasis on the destination.

It's interesting that you are asking these novice questions, yet you have a link to phentermine products in your sig.

BTW, I've removed the link as it violates forum policy.

Well it's tough to say how you'll look at 150 lbs. However, I'm close to 6' tall and I'd hate to be 150 lbs. I'd look way too skinny and weak. But it's all about personal preference. If you're going for that frail, male model look that seems to be in nowadays..... have at it.

I've helped you?

LOL.

You are stuck.....

So why not start by telling us a bit about what you've been doing that isn't working. What are you eating? What are you doing for exercise? How much weight have you lost? How are you tracking your nutrition?

As far as your workouts, I wouldn't try and boost them with caffeine or speed... Progress will be slow but you will notice. I would use a machine that tells you heart rate (if you have access to one) and keep your HR under 180. You might be pressing too hard.

Don't focus on speed and don't have a goal related to speed. Just make the intensity of your workout something that your body can handle.

Well Im just eating basically home cooked meals by my mom.. Some meat and veggies.. I usually do 30 minutes of treadmill a day but stopped.. Just a lack of motivation.. Im guessing... I drink lots of water... But nothing seems to be happening.. I lost about 10 pounds 2 month ago but gained it all back and more... I seem to have lost motivation.

I'll be blunt with you.

1. Just trying to breeze through a weight loss endeavor without paying much attention to what you're doing and expecting weight loss to occur isn't a good idea.

2. Getting frustrated when said weight loss doesn't occur after a dismal attempt is borderline insanity. With weight loss endeavors, you get out what you put in.

3. This is the most important point. Motivation is going to come from within. Dig down deep within yourself and figure out why it is that you want to lose this weight. Without focusing on the 'whys,' chances are pretty damn good that you aren't going to be driven to act and succeed. You've gotta sell it to yourself.

steve... not worth ur time man
