Need To Lose Weight HELP Please :)

Well Im 15, i weigh 11 stone and am a size 12/14 and Have 12 Weeks To Lose 2.5 stone or 16kg
And I Need Help On How.
Im Keeping A Food Diary So I Know What Im Eating And How Many Calories Etc. But I Need To Know What To Eat :/
And What Exercises To Do.

I plan On cycling to school everyday which takes about 25 minutes and going to the gym on the weekend and swimming but is there any exercises i can/should do which are vital?
please help, would be much appreciated
 
Honestly?

No.

Weight loss is around 80-90% diet. You just can't burn enough calories to make a difference without changes of diet. The biggest thing will be lowering your calories based on your BMR.

The part that is more disturbing is how much you are trying to lose in such a short time. Around 35 pounds in 12 weeks isn't realistic, especially for someone your age. Might I ask why the urgency? Sure, you can lose the 35 pounds but to do it the right way and the safe way, it will take some longer time than that.
