need to loose weight up to december..

hi i am mhea, new here, pls help me how to loose weight, i am 5'4" and weighting 78.2 kg, can you hep me to have a diet plan and exercise?
 
Hi dear, This is common problem which almost many people are facing and even i also was facing the same one do one thing make a entire day plan wat i did in the morning i used to go for a gym to have a little excercise or yoga then after coming have 1hour break and used to have sprouts in break fast then nerby 1 in th e afternoon i used to have my lunch but very dietful lunch then in the evening go for a small walk then take my dinner at 9 in the night just try it it may be of some help to you
 
You've started with the right place! You just have to start somewhere and it need to be a dedicated time each day . our mind plays an important role in the wholeness and wellness of our body. So you cannot do just now and lose weight, but this is your brain, and assuredly if you begin even with the smallest step you will one day be fit.
