Need to keep myself motivated!

Hello everybody,

I am 29 years old, 5.6 feet and around 210 pounds.

I did weight watchers a few years ago, and while i did lose around 25 pounds in 3 months, I all of a sudden just lost motivation.

I always have this problem, I start a diet, its going well, then i just lose motiviation.

i recently started going to the gym and I am just not losing the weight that i want to lose. I feel like i am not losing at all.

i know I need to eat better, and I need to keep myself motivated!!

Any tips??

Have you ever considering joining a program where they have monthly challenge groups that act as motivators and increase accountability? I'm not sure if it's this way with you but I find when I have a gym buddy it helps me stay motivated because we progress together and check in regularly. I just started working as an online health coach and have found that joining those groups makes me want to work out more so that I'm not slacking off :)
