Hi, I'm 15 years old. 5' 9" and 118 pounds. I play soccer at the High School level, I plated on the JV team as a Freshman, and I am now a sophomore. I'm basically skin and bones, so I want to gain weight. I do sit ups and push ups every morning and night, but with 118 pounds on me, I don't burn alot of it into muscle. So can I have some tips to gain some healthy weight? (Not by eating junk food). I want to try out for safety/CB on the football team next year as a Junior and I need to get bigger.
