need to gain weight, not loose...HELP!!!

ok.....i am overall very skinney except for some fat in my stomach ....but that is not my problem....my problem is that i have long ugly chicken legs!!!....what excersice can i do (running, biking, etc..) to get bigger thighs and legs....that is all i need....please help!!!....:(
 
get in the weight room and squat. when you can squat your bodyweight for 20 reps, squat your bodyweight plus 50% for 20 reps.

find out how many calories it takes to maintain your current bodyweight, then add 300 more a week until the scale goes up.

there's more to it but thats a start
