Need to Form good routine

I am just starting to work out more, offically starting in about a week or so, I have a sprained ankle :(, just letting it heal a bit more before I start jogging.

Anyway so this is what I was thinking....

Day 1: Using 2x15 lb. Dumbells
2 sets of 15 curls
2 sets of tricept lifts? (unsure about name, standing still and raising your arms from your side to shoulder height)
10 push ups in between each set
2 sets of 15 shoulder presses

After doing eat set of 1 15 I will do 50 crunches, 20 V-sits, and 20 side sit ups on each side. Also I will use an ab wheel about 20 reps each time.

Next I will do same thing with 2x 20lb. Dumbells.

Day 2, Cardio

I will jog for atleast 20 mins , trying to start at 1 miles for first week then go to 2 and progress. On cardio days I will alternate between jump roping, and perhaps soon cycling :yelrotflmao:.

... About everyday except sunday I will be training in Muy thai kickboxing and grappling along with brazilian jiu jitsu, they alternate the days and we do a great number of excercises during this time also.

Can I have some imput on excercises? I am turning 15 am about 5 foot 11 and 240 pounds.
