Need Some Tips/Help

That Guy1

New member
Hi, first off I'd like to say I'm new to the forums so sorry if this is the wrong spot to post this, I didn't see a good spot to post this, but I thought this was closest to where it should be.

a little bit about me:

I am 16 years old, I weigh 180, im about 5.6/7"(Not 100% sure but close to that).

So basically as you can tell from my info I am quite overweight. I would like to start changing that in my life, but I do have an issue. I currently have moderate/severe asthma which is quite hard for me. The issue is if I barely do any running, or basically any type of physical activity my asthma is triggered almost instantly, which is why I don't know the best way to do this. Does anyone have any tips as to the best way to get started with losing weight? I know this doesn't give a lot of info but I don't really know what else to post, haha. So if you guys have any questions / info that you need about me in order to help a bit more, just ask, and ill try to give whatever is needed.

Talk to your doctor about your asthma. Some is made better with exercise and some need specific exercise to not cause a problem. I have asthma and I am a runner, I had to start slow with walking and add in little bursts of faster walking. Now I have run a half marathon and am training for another one. Get really good shoes. If you can go to a running store and get fitted it is better than just buying random shoes. As a heavier person I found that to be the most important thing to buy. My thighs rubbed together really bad so I bought some fitted shorts to wear under my workout clothes, that made a huge difference and really helped me enjoy being active. I think it is a good idea to look at what you are eating and try to make small changes to better things. You can do it! Enjoy the journey.

There are a lot more options available to burn your fat without too much exercise. Start doing 'Yoga', it is not too hard and can give you fast results.
