Sport Need some tips/advice please

Sport Fitness
Alright, I don't really eat a lot any more, and i went from weighing 212 to about 202 in around two weeks. I need to start working out though now as well. I have a workout schedule/routine to guide me, but I've been reading that my diet/nutrition is a huge factor in weight training (getting fit/ in shape). So anyway, I usually eat breakfast, like a bowel of cereal, usually cinamon toast crunch lol, with whole milk. I don't really eat lunch, and for dinner I'll just have a quick snack of like some wheat bread with peanut butter, 1 or 2 peices. I know I should eat more, and more healthy, but I take adderal for ADHD (i wont lie, i'm very easily distracted lol) so it decreases my appetite quite a bit, which is why i lost that weight in about two weeks. I'm new to this fitness scene so I don't think I know what I'm talking about too much, but I don't think I need to bulk. I think i already have the body to work with to shape it into something nice. I'd really like to work on my chest, abs, upper and lower back, and shoulders.
I'd like to lose this body fat/flab and turn it into muscel. I can feel muscel where I flex and even when I'm not flexed, but I have fat/flab that covers it up it seems like.
I guess what I'm asking for is are some tips or guides to lead me in the right direction with my diet. I also know that egg's are a good source of protein, but I get sick from eating eggs, so that's out of the picture for me.
Thanks for any advice.

Ya you're diet sucks. You need to start eating better. Make yourself snacks to eat througout the day. Try eating the following for example.

Protein-lean meats (turkey, fish, chicken)
Vegetables-broccoli, spinach, etc......
Fruits-blueberries, etc
Grains-Whole wheat bread, brown rice
Milk
Good fats-peanut butter, almonds
