Need Some Support For My 100lb Weight Loss Goal!!!

i use to be top 3 in weight training in high school i was about 232lbs but solid and toned. its now been 10 years and over the years i have found i gained 100lbs im now 330lbs i just dont have the time to work out at a gym with my schedule and i really need some support from others to achieve my goal of 230 again. i have drank strictly bottled water for about 2 1/2 years now but find that i crave sweets more. i have done weight watchers a couple times on my own with some changes. i lost about 40lbs one time but put it back on. i have the will to do this and i can! i just need support i feel that will push me. this is my 3rd day of my diet. iv been using myfitnesspal.com for counting calories etc... and so far have been ending the days well under my maximum intake. i feel lighter already lol the hardest part i found to be so far is craving breakfast which i get fast food breakfast 3-4 times a week but have been replacing it with a banana and another fruit. thanks for all your help (attached photos are now @ 330 and my goal of 230 of when i was in highschool

I'm also new. My downfall is cravings in the evening, so to see a breakfast craving for me is unusual.
Have you tried smoothies? I really enjoy banana and peanut butter smoothies and I found that they kept me very full for 3-4 hours.

I look forward to seeing your results. Don't give up. If you start now, imagine where you'll be in one year from now.

thank you. maybe i will give smoothies a try. my job schedule has me up at around 3 am almost everyday so by about 6 im hungry and since my job is a shuttle service im a fast food junkie today is my fourth day i feel a little lighter iv been averaging 1400-1700 calories a day so far and been satisfied. i will post updates as i lose and photos. thanks again and i wish you the best also
 
I have the same problem with Sweets and wanting to eat them all lol. The hardest part of the day for me is lunch, everyone at work wants to go out to eat every day so I have to bring my own or ill be too tempted.
