Hi, my name is Brian and I'm 17 years old. I currently weigh 238 pounds. I want to drop 60 pounds in 3 months before I start my adult life. My story's a little weird. I weighed almost 300 pounds when I was 14 and was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. By the time I turned 15 I dropped my weight to 163 to get my diabetes in control but then I gained most of it back in these past couple of years. I already know how to lose the weight but I need motivation during the process and after it to keep my mind in check. That's why I came here. So if you have any advice or some support it would be highly appreciated.
