Hey guys. I need a meal that can get me at least 30g protein with the least amount of carbs possible and a high convenience level (to be eaten in a classroom setting). I try and keep my carbs in the first 3 meals of the day.
Here's what my meal layout is for tomorrow:
7:45 - PWO Shake (2 sc. whey, 1 tbsp. honey, 1 banana, 1 c. skim milk)
8:45 - Homemade pro. bar (39g pro., 38g carb., 4g fat), unsalted peanuts
11:15 - Bar, fish oil
1:45 - need meal here
4:45 - 5 egg whites, 1 whole - salad w/ 2g carb ginger dressing
7:15 - 2 grilled chicken breasts, salad w/ dressing, fish oil
Any suggestions? Hope you guys can help me out..
