I'm 15, 5'10" and 127.37. I am working on building mainly upper body strength since I squat 210. What would be a good workout whenever my max bench is 120 and my max incline is 105. I started out 3 months ago, and found nothing that has worked out for me in those 3 months. I do bench, incline, tricep work, and some other stuff. Thanks!
Edit: Guys, my body is massively out of proportion. My legs are big from my dad telling me to always lift with my legs working in a tire shop and doing small engine repairs with my dad. So I never worked on my arms, but my legs are huge. Can I please get some help from you all?
