Need some help

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but Im confused. I see all these charts saying at what height is a "healthy" weight.

Here is where my question comes in. Im 23, 6'2", and Im looking for a goal to shoot for as far as weight is concerned. Last time I went on a health kick, I had no goal and I was just doing it, which may have been another contributing factor to my plan falling apart. haha. So I was wondering if someone could help me out with what I should be shooting for.

So anyone have any ideas?
 
Im 6'2 started at 295 currently at 227ish. Im trying to get to about 200 pounds.

hahah....doubt it. i havent had a single one of those beat me on the track. ;)
