Cohen's Lifestyle Need some Help!

Hey guys!

Just a quick question to the ppl in the US doing Cohens!

I just moved here from Australia, and I am finding it hard to find yoghurt, crackers and cheese that I had back home.

Would love to know what you guys eat!

Hi Kelli,

I use the Dannon plain lowfat or non-fat yogurt.
Crackers, I use the brown rice crackers, Kavli or Ryvita light rye.
Cheese, I use the mozzarella cheese sticks that are lowfat. You should find these in any grocery store. Hope this helps.
