Hello im new here im needing some help. I used be really fit in high school but I graduated 2 years ago and now im in college, I have gained 40lbs and its killing me to have it.I go to nursing school all day and i work all night so i have not as much time to work out as i used to. I used be a power weight lifting captain and i love weights but my arms and legs rnt the problem its all in my waist. Could any one suggest some work outs to get ride of this tummy weight its driving me crazy.
if any one could help me I would be so grateful thanks alot!!!
