need some help with my exercise routine!

hello all,
I just have a few questions and hopefully a few people here would be able to help me out a bit!
ok heres whats going on. Im planning on getting started on walking and exercising starting monday, but heres my problem... I honestly dont weigh that much, but I do have alittle bit of a belly from having children. But i do need to get into shape and i really want my belly to be flat and not pooch out. But how do i do that and not loose weight??? or can that just not be helped? I would really appericate any help/advice you can give me!
 
ok just a bit more info.. i just went online and found a calculator online... had to guess at the messurements for the bf percentage. as i had no way to messure it... but my bf percentage is 31% and my BMI is 19.2 ok now i know i am underweight... sooo how can i gain some weight and still get a flat belly. i dont want a 6 pack or anything like that. just a normal flat stomach. Please any advice would help...
 
You could start on a weight training program.

Start with light weights...best to buy a good book so you'll learn the movements and not injure yourself. Or get a pt.
