I'm trying to bulk up again and then get cut up.
Can you give me a nutrition plan that would help me bulk up,
and then a plan so i can shed more bodyfat and get cut. I get confused
with what to eat on both phases for example when your doing the cutting
phase of your diet do you keep the same plan as the bulking phase but just
lower your calorie intake or are there certain foods that you should cut out.

Really need help on this one.

You mention trying to bulk up "again" have you done this cycle before? what are some of your stats (weight, height etc)
 
Yes i have bulked up before and i eat alot but very clean and then when
i was cutting i eat clean but cut out alot of carbs.
I've just had a baby and want to start to bulk up abit and then start cutting up but wanted to know if it's really nessacary to cut out alot of carbs, can you just eat the same diet as the bulking up one but just cut down on cals.
 
Keep the same ration of pro/fat/carb of 40%/30%/30%, but just lower your caloric intake to 15-20% below your maintainence level. This, along with a weight training routine, will keep you from losing a lot of muscle along with fat.

Also, just like any other time. Taper off your carbs as the day gets later...unless your workout is in the afternoon/evening, then you will need carbs post workout.

If you're goal is to bulk, then you want to eat above maintenance. The only thing that changes when bulking and cutting is the calories. Foods stay the same. For bulking, I would start at Bodyweight x 17-18. Those can be your starting calorie. Make it a gradual increase, and depending on progress, you can adjust from there.
