need some help on some things...

ok first off i would like to say im new at the whole supplement thing...so dont use weird words or complex words keep it simple with me...i get very mad now when im at the gym and these people's arms are so much bigger than mine yet i can lift more than them...so i need help trying to just gain muscle size...i have creatine powder call body fortress creatine drink mix..on the back it says something like creatine monohydrate 5,250 milligrams pers serving (5.25 grams) how many times should i take that a day and should the scoops be added to some sort of protein powder or what? reading all these threads have me pretty confused because i dont understand half of the stuff typed...it's not that im dumb i've just never heard some of these terms used...so should i also take whey protein along with creatine...

let me just say this what im looking for is to be able to look more "cut" while also gaining muscle size...can i acheive looking more "cut" by doing the whole whey protien thing + creatine...should i get some hydroxycut to help out?

5g of creatine is enought for one day and mix it with whatever u want.

Dont bother with hydroxycut. It just makes your heart beat race. Remember they are called suppliments, and if you use them before you have a really good lifestyle then they will have a negative effect.

if your diet and workouts are 100% perfect you will have a really good body, only after that should you use suppliments to aid you.

Hydroxycut may give you an extra 5% weight loss. so if your doing it well then your working at 105% which is great, but if your only working at 30% then an extra 5% wont make much diffrence.

Its dont matter how many times you workout.
Perhaps ur workout is not very strong.
Or you havent been eatting properly.

Diet is crucial for training.
Training correctly is a close second.

you can't grow muscle if you lack the proper diet for it, but the proper diet with bad training won't get you very far either.

i understand that...this is why im asking about the protien and creatine...and i've also tweaked my diet..it's hard to get a good diet in when your family doesn't cook though...i've been trying my best to get out and buy my own stuff and cook it though..so yea..it's being tweaked

and show us your diet.

cuz without enough protein, carbs and fats, you won't have the building blocks needed to pack on lean mass.

get diet on target, and then make sure you're training in the hypertrophy range (8-12 reps per set, 3-4 sets for compound exercises), and plenty of rest & recovery...and you should grow.
