I am an 18 year old male basketball player, 6'0 155 and I just graduated high school. I am playing college ball next year and I need to start cleaning up my diet while adding mass. This would be somewhat a "clean bulk"? I am looking for a diet that would consist of about 3500 calories a day with about 180g of protein/70g of fat and the rest carbs.
Also i have Heavygainer 900 and Cytogainer Whey Protein
