i really need advice for this .. sorry for bad english

Thanks.

Need to know what you are doing and what tests they say you are at risk of failing. If in doubt ask the doctors advising you for a full explaination.
if all you do is weights and the heart and lung tests are close to the wire you need to integrate some cardio. The weights can stay but the heart and diaphram muscles will need more regular training too.
My weight training is high intensity, when not on remedial rubbish, but by keeping up regular running and or cycling I have kept my heart healthy and my lungs working like hell because naturally they are rubbish.
There is no rule saying big guys aren't able to have stamina and cardio fitness, look at rugby players, built like brick outhouses and able to run around getting flattened for entire games.

they test everything i already have class 1 medical for commerical pilot and i want to keep it untill 60 years old :) im already 22 .... yeah the heart and eye and brain is important .. you mean i should add some cardio to my workout ? my workput is like this ( is it good to add cardio on those days ?) day 1-day 2 - cardio -day3 -day4 -cardio-rest
