im new here , im student pilot and already have private and instrument license .. if you know this job you will know we passed alot of medical exam such as , heart,eye and.. etc..... a lot of air medical doctors told me get out of with lifting and its very bad for flying and suggest me to do fitness workout in the gym [ i dont understand what is the fitness workout ] and whats the difference between my workout becuse my training rightnow is HIT ! 4 days a week high intensity training ... i dont know if im going on right com**** or not
