Need some guidance starting out, again

So, I like structured workouts like DVD's and such, anything that is a "plan"... I prefer to workout at home as I have a basement full of space. I have dumb bells, I have a treadmill, I have a Bowflex M3 MAX trainer, I have resistance bands, I have resistance bands mounted on my ceiling to mimic pull ups. I completed P90X a few years ago. I did 75% of the latest P90 but I find this very boring. I need something new. I need something sustainable. I am not looking for a 2 month win, I am looking for something to help me drop 25 pounds and keep fit, I can't imagine doing the same DVD over and over for the rest of my life... any suggestions? I have changed my diet considerably already.
