Sport Need some advice

Sport Fitness
I have reached the point where I would like to maintain my current weight...do I need to change anything in my current eating? I am training 6x a week but I have probably increased the intensity of my workouts and I have started running too. I find after I run I feel RAVENOUSLY hungry and nothing fills the spot and then I do something stupid like raid the peanut butter jar. Any ideas on that would be much appreciated too

I'm sitting between 60.5-61.5 and I think I'm happy to stay here. Bodyfat is still probably a tad high at 29% (according to my electronic scales) but hopefully that will keep dropping on its own with the increased intensity of training. I just don't want to jeopordise myself by going on binges and I really do feel like I'm fighting the hunger away with all this increased exercise!

which goal is it?? first you say "i want to maintain my weight" but then state you're still 29% bodyfat and want to keep losing fat.

if you want to maintain, you eat at maintenance calorie intake, and keep up the same exercise regimen.
if you want to get lean you eat UNDER maintenance.

stop raiding the peanut butter jar, nuts are almost pure fat and very calorically dense...so a little goes a LONG way. also it better be natural peanut butter, otherwise its loaded with trans fats and sugar. the ONLY acceptable peanut butter ingredients are: peanuts, and salt (and some brands don't even have the salt)
